God has gifted you with passions, experiences, and skills that can help our ministry grow and reach more people. Serving on a team helps you build relationships, see God at work, and bring glory to God. Choose the team that best fits your strengths and capacity or set up a time to meet with our MLT Team Leader to help you find the best fit.
FAMILY MINISTRY TEAM
Do you love to snuggle babies, teach children, or engage in spiritual discussions with youth? Or, maybe you love kids, but prefer checking kids in with a friendly welcome or helping administratively? Either way, you can help kids learn to love Jesus and others in their words and actions.
WELCOME TEAM
Can you say hello with a friendly smile and make people feel warmly welcomed? Do you enjoy serving others by opening doors, making coffee, or serving treats? Do you like to bake cookies? You can work with a team to create a welcoming experience for guests and a place to build relationships for our regular attenders.
WORSHIP TEAM
Do you play an instrument? Can you carry a tune? Do you enjoy worshiping God and leading others into His presence? Worship is a key element in our service. It’s a time to corporately focus our love and attention on God. You can use your gifts to help us all encounter God during our services.
TECH / PRODUCTION TEAM
Do you like to push buttons? Are you skilled in technology, all things digital, or graphic arts? Can you run a sound board or post things on-line? Or perhaps you’re a worker bee who enjoys setting up the stage? Our indispensable tech team works behind the scenes to help make things happen.
ADMIN TEAM
Are you good with numbers, spreadsheets, creating documents, organizing data, and fine-tuning details? Do you like to work behind the scenes with a flexible schedule? Our Admin Team helps all the other teams stay proficient, efficient, and effective in their ministries.
ADULT DISCIPLESHIP TEAM
Do you like to plan events or lead spiritual discussions? Have you mentored other adults? Our Men’s, Women’s and Small Group Ministries look for ways to connect others in meaningful relationships while creating authentic environments for adults to grow in their faith and take next steps in serving Jesus.
